Pricing and Payments
Prices throughout the website are quoted in Euros (€) and payments can only be accepted in Euro (€). Payments can be made using a money transfer method via bank accounts. Any bank fees associated with sending a payment is borne by the customer. A payment must clear in full before an order can be dispatched. On exceptional circumstances payment by credit card will be considered, however, please note that credit card payments attract a surchage of 4.5%.
In order to make a Euro payment please use the bank details as displayed on your invoice.
Returns Policy
We make every effort to ensure all goods are dispatched in excellent condition. However, should there be a problem with any of our products please contact us asap and we'll arrange for a return or replacement at no extra cost to you.
