The Communicate in Greek for Beginners course consists of a student's book, two workbooks, and an audio CD.
It contains the material covered in stage 1 of the course Epikoinoniste Ellinika, specially adapted to serve English speakers who learn modern Greek. Hence,

• exercise instructions, tips on grammar or other language points, and explanations in the grammar tables are all given in English;
• in addition, the course book contains an appendix in English with explanatory notes on grammar and vocabulary together with some information on everyday life in Greece.

Once a student has completed Communicate in Greek for Beginners he or she may continue studying Modern Greek with the course books, exercise books and audio CD’s for levels 2 and 3 of the Epikoinoniste Ellinika course.
